The Community Foundation of St. Joseph County has been supporting the county for 20 years through endowment. The funds are from monetary gifts given by donors that invests and provides grants for the improvement of the community.
The foundation is the second largest foundation in Indiana. Every year, they award almost $4-5 million dollars both in grants and scholarships.
